After Work Begins

Once initial concepts or work have been delivered, refunds are generally not available.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are typically non-refundable once started:

• Logo design after concept delivery
• Website development once work has begun
• Custom digital services
• Digital marketing campaigns already launched

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a project by submitting a written request via email. Any completed work will be billed accordingly.
